Should you have your own design specifications, approval from the Franchisor must be secured. Construction of the facility will be borne by the Franchisee, likewise the expenses in acquiring building permits, the professional fees and other incidental costs.

5. Where do we purchase the equipment, peripherals and supplies for the Franchised outlet?
As a Franchisee, you are required to purchase directly from the franchisor based on the specifications indicated in the Procurement Program.

6. How long will it take to recover my investment?
Financial viability depends on various factors such as sales, investment and ability of the Franchisee to effectively manage his expenses. This will be discussed further during the Franchisor and Franchisee meeting.

7. How many people will I have to hire? Who does the hiring?
PC CLINIC Computer Service Center manpower required at least (6) six; composed of a Technical Supervisor, a Secretary / Clerk, a Salesperson, and three (3) Computer Technicians. PC CLINIC will provide the Franchisee with a set of hiring qualifications and will assist in the screening of potential employees.

8. Will you provide us pre-opening services?
Prior to and during opening, we will send you our representative who will assist you with the training of personnel, on acquisition of equipment and supplies and other arragements.

9. What’s included in the training program?
We at PC CLINIC accept no compromise when it comes to the quality of our services. It is for this reason that we require the Franchisee and his staff to undergo the Training Program on the use of PC CLINIC’s web-based system where most of the programs are installed – the use of C.R.M. System, Sales, and other PC CLINIC’s day to day operations activities.

10. How long will it take to get a PC CLINIC Computer Service Provider Outlet operating?
Upon approval of the site, and after signing of the Franchise Agreement and all related fees paid, it will take approximately three (3) months for a PC CLINIC to be ready for operation.

11. Will you provide an Operation Manual for us?
Certainly! We will loan you a Confidential Operation Manual, which will be your guide in every aspect of running your facility.
