It only sprung up from a desire to cook; Wendy of the age of 23 started her business in a small food cart “Bubusuk” located just in front of her parents business. In October 18, 2004, Wendy started serving goto and tokwo’t baboy catering to the local residents and workers around the area. She believed goto and tokwa’t baboy was easy to sell, and later on she added selling Beef Mom’.
In April 2006, due to the discomforts of pregnancy she shifted to owning a grocery. She stopped the goto business upon opening the grocery. While managing the grocery, her desire to cook and serve customers through a great tasting but affordable food remained an aspiration. She did not enjoy the grocery business.
The passion to cook remained in her , that in 2007 she decided to close the grocery and started selling goto, tokwa’t baboy and beef mami in their house garage. It was also in 2007 that she created more menus which are the sizzling sisig, sizzling chicken, halo halo and palabok. She launched them through set meals. Quality and VALUE was her priority. She thought of providing quality food, which customers will definitely enjoy without having to spend a lot, partnering quality with food value.
With quality and value as her pillar to success, in July 18, 2008 she started enlarging her market by opening her first restaurant built in Northwalk 1. In January 18, 2011 she opened her second branch along Palawe extension City of San Fernando.
