Emerald Durian started to cook its way into people's hearts in 2006. Their products have a distinct durian taste and of best quality since the company have its own farms composed of 50 hectares and 6000 durian trees. From making only durian jam, the company now has over ten homemade goods perfect for pasalubong, snacks and special occasions. Its products include durian-filled goodies such as tarts, pastitlas, empanada, hopia, polvoron, yema, cookies, cake, Brazo de Mercedes, roll, pie, pudding and buns. They also produce other seasonal products with pineapple, ube, macapuno and pumpkin fillings. Products those are best for malls, call centers, commercial or school establishment, banks, hospitals, airports, canteens and food courts.

As part of their success, Emerald Durian was given an Award of Excellence from Davao City's Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Inc to their Durian Jam for being one of the accredited brands of the Davao Branding Program and for having achieved the minimum criteria and qualifications for quality and safety standards.

Emerald Durian wants to share the success of their business by expanding through two different franchise systems, the Cart and Area franchise.The Area Franchise is able to open a commissary to deliver to other Emerald Durian Cart Franchisee while the franchised Cart outlets are preferable in a busy location like malls, schools and any other establishments. We want to be available not only in the Mindanao area but throughout the Philippines.
