  5. we are planning to put up a salon business here in tanza, cavite. we own a commercial space along the highway. This space is situated beside (10 to 15 steps from the boundary line) Puregold Mall (which as of this time is still undergoing construction and is expected to operate sometime in september). We are inquiring as to the nitty gritty of the business and the investment it would entail. Our friend is one of your franchisees thus, she gave us information regarding the business. The location is strategically across the Municipal Hall and Public Market. we are very much interested to explore first the ins and outs of the business before we decide. Kindly give us valuable information regarding the whole franchise process and the committment we have to consider. We will appreciate your prompt response and we are optimistic that we will be able to forge a partneship with you in the future.

    helo,

sori to say that hindi ko nagustuhan ang service nyo sa Hortaleza Ormoc City branch…I was one of the costumer there but pinapahiya po ako isa sa mga hairdresser doon…nag walk out yong nag gupit sa akin kahit hindi pa tapos…umalis ako sa salon ng hindi natapos ang gupit ko at basang basa pa yong hair ko na lumabas sa salon nyo. pwede nyo po bang turuan ng leksiyon yong mga tao nyo don sa branch nyo sa ormoc…parang kulang sila sa seminar mag handle ng costumer…wala silang galang sa mga costumer…porke mahirap lang siguro ang tingin nila sa akin kaya ganon yong approach nila sa akin…baka akala nila wala akong pambyad pero nagkakamali sila dahil marunong akong mag bayad sa serbisyo nila…sana hindi lang kayo tumingin sa physical na anyo kundi marunong sila gumalang ng costumer mahirap man o mayaman…sana pantay2x yong pag serve nila sa costumer nyo…taga ormoc po ako..tnx and Godbless…

I went to hortaleza Ormoc branch for a haircut, but your crew doesn’t know how to treat your clients well, they are so impolite. Yes it was just 50 pesos for a haircut, and I don’t look rich, and don’t even look professional, but I deserve to be treated well and to be respected as a customer. The crews did not even smile nor entertained me when I came in, so that’s fine thinking that maybe they are just exhausted. So there I was sitting in front of the mirror, the girl that was assigned to cut my hair started combing my hair, so I suggested that I think she has to do it like this, knowing that I have to right to demand because its my hair. But she got so angry, that she murmured and have my hair done so quickly, and harshly, but still I thought that I have to be patient, but when I went to the cashier to pay, she even chose to talk on her mobile phone than to talk with me, she just communicated with me through a sign language. All in all your services and crews here in Ormoc just sucks! You have to do something about it or lose your customers!

Hi I would like to give feedback regarding stuff in your hortaleza salon San Juan n Domingo.
I was so surprised with your hair stylist .
Scenario 1: last feb 2014 my mom & nephew went to San Juan branch pra pagupitan un 8 yrs old. As per mga stylist ayaw nila kc Baka daw masugatan or malikot. So Hndi nila tinagap.
Scenario 2; my helper went to ur salon march 26 2014.pra mag pagupitan. Sabi ng 4 stylist ayaa nila guitar kc daw medyu curly not unless mag pa rebound muna. So they decided to leave the salon.
I was wondering why these hair stylist are so arrogant & prang sila pa un proud.
I think they need to attend personality development . Thanks
