sori to say that hindi ko nagustuhan ang service nyo sa Hortaleza Ormoc City branch…I was one of the costumer there but pinapahiya po ako isa sa mga hairdresser doon…nag walk out yong nag gupit sa akin kahit hindi pa tapos…umalis ako sa salon ng hindi natapos ang gupit ko at basang basa pa yong hair ko na lumabas sa salon nyo. pwede nyo po bang turuan ng leksiyon yong mga tao nyo don sa branch nyo sa ormoc…parang kulang sila sa seminar mag handle ng costumer…wala silang galang sa mga costumer…porke mahirap lang siguro ang tingin nila sa akin kaya ganon yong approach nila sa akin…baka akala nila wala akong pambyad pero nagkakamali sila dahil marunong akong mag bayad sa serbisyo nila…sana hindi lang kayo tumingin sa physical na anyo kundi marunong sila gumalang ng costumer mahirap man o mayaman…sana pantay2x yong pag serve nila sa costumer nyo…taga ormoc po ako..tnx and Godbless…

I just wanna know how much money should i need to open my own hair salon as a Hortaleza Franchisee.? I mean the total of Franchise Fee, Royalty fee, Advertisement fee, Store investment, and others if there are considering that we planning to have it here in Cebu City.
