Hotshots is a fast-casual diner that specializes in great-tasting, freshly grilled, juicy quarter-pounder burgers with premium specialty toppings.
A product of young Filipino entrepreneurship, Hotshots first lit its grill on December 14, 1999 on a 30-square meter area located along Pearl Drive in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines. Since then, it has grown and expanded into the different parts of the country.
After more than a decade of success, the owners decided that it is time for major expansion. A group of individuals, well known in their respective fields, got together and formed S-MICS Ventures Inc. to take charge of the brand, bringing fresh and exciting ideas to make the expansion efficient. Together, the team has already started expanding Hotshots’ menu, including old time favorites with a twist, as well as new and innovative dishes that will challenge your palate.
Franchise fee: P3 million to P5 million, depending on the size of the store
Package inclusions: Use of name and trademark, store design and construction, equipment and furniture, signage and menu board, licenses, insurance and permits, operations manual, training of management and crew, access to the central commissary, initial inventory, grand opening assistance, and regular visits and assistance from field supervisors
Investment recovery period: Three to four years
Preferred sites: Near offices, schools, residential areas, hospitals, bars, restaurants, and malls
Company background: Hotshots Flame-Grilled Burgers started as a 30-square meter joint in Ortigas back in 1999, and now has over 17 locations all around Metro Manila and parts of Luzon. All of its flame-grilled burgers are made out of 100 percent real beef.
