Steps to a Franchise

1. Fill up LETTER OF INTENT and CONFIDENTIAL QUESTIONNAIRE and
send it to: PRAISE INCORPORATED,

1103 Quezon City

OR fax to: (02) 920-7522

2. Praise Incorporated will evaluate your questionnaire.
3. Praise Incorporated will invite you to discuss the Franchise details with you.
4. You will receive a sample of a Franchise Agreement.
5. The location will undergo inspection.
6. If the location is approved, you can now sign the Franchise Agreement and pay the Franchise Fee.
7. The Outlet can now be set up.
8. You must submit to training.
9. You will receive Pre-Opening Assistance.
