One big mistake!!!!
First time kong kumain sa branch nyo sa SM Centerpoint but sobrang nakadismaya ang naging experience ko. Pagpasok palang namin wala nang umasikaso samin, ang nakakapagtaka yung mga bagong dating agad-agad naman nila nilalapitan. You should give them intensive attitude training and disciplinary act. Ilang beses naming na-feel na nabastos kami at pinagmukhang tanga. Around 7:30 pm we decided to eat with your ‘restaurant’. A Supervisor named Arlene took our order. Ilang minutes nagserve na without even asking kung ok na po ba?may kaylangan pa ba cila? bago sya umalis then kulang ng 1 rice yung binigay. Hinintay muna namin, lumipas ilang minuto wala parin, tinanong ko na yung Supervisor as to what she had heard, kung 1 rice lang ba sabi ko. She replied “dalawa po ma’am”.Hinintay namin yung rice and then they served. Maya-maya may lalaking biglang naghablot ng menu na pinaiwan pa namin kay Arlene ‘coz balak sana naming umorder ng dessert. Sobrang nakakabastos na hindi man lang tinanong kung kaylangan pa ba namin. Sa sobrabg gigil ko tinanong ko yung Sup. if dumaan ba sa training mga tao nila and then she said yes. Kumain nalang kami. Maya-maya humingi kami ng 1 pang rice and 2 soups. Binigay naman agad yung rice na wala man lang abiso kung asan na yung soup instead andon sya nagtatake kunwari order ng mga customer sa kabilang table na sa tingin ko kilala nya the way they talked. To my dismay lumapit na naman ako sa Sup. para sabihin yung ginawa ng tao nya. Sinasadya ba nila kaming pagmukhang-tanga kanina??? She asked me sino ba and then I pointed the guy. Then just said “sige po ipadala ko nalang yung soup”. Hindi ko na tinawag yung staff for my payment. I personally go to the counter and ask for my bill. Hiningi ko yung head ng store and number but she just gave me the store number. Even the Supervisor, I don’t really think she deserves her position. Hindi nya kayang i-handle yung sitwasyon.
To the Management, I’m really hoping for your immediate action regarding this matter. Please give your staff extensive training and supervision, even the supervisor, specially with their attitude and how they treat your costumers. Your food have its potential to the market but your peoples attitude…never.
