Founded in 1988 by Jesus C. Alix, thereby having his initials as the trade name, JCA has established its reputation as Cebu’s home-grown pizza.
A tiny take-out store was opened on April 15,1988, as a trial business, at the corner of Salinas Drive and Edison St.,Lahug, Cebu City, Philippines , after JCA’s retirement from the U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization. After two years, in 1990, its second outlet was opened at Don Jose Avila St., Capitol Area, Cebu City.
In 1993, its SM Foodcourt outlet was opened. In 1994, its Metro Ayala outlet was opened near the Supermarket area.
In 1997, its Gorordo Avenue corner Ayala Access Road branch was opened.
Today, after 27 years in business, JCA Pizza continues to be patronized by its faithful patrons as well as the young breed of pizza lovers.
