Kuya Ferdz Crispy Sisig is a family business managed by couple Mr. Ferdinand and Ms. Nena Flores. They started its operations last October 27, 2011 in Balut, Tondo wherein they don’t have food cart yet, instead they use Ms. Nena’s meat stall to accommodate sisig orders. With the positive feedback on the taste, big serving and affordability of their sisig from the customer they managed to open 2 more outlets in the last 2 months of 2011 in Tondo.
In January 2012, they continuously open 2 food carts outlets still in Tondo with their relatives as the staff at the carts. Mr. Ferdinand prioritizes most his relatives to man the food carts for them also to get extra income. In just a short span of time, Kuya Ferdz Crispy Sisig had evolved and further improved the business by branching out to neighbor locations in Metro Manila to cater more customers with its satisfying taste of the classic Filipino favorites everyone love to relish.
To date, Kuya Ferdz Crispy Sisig has already 44 food carts outlets in Pandacan, Tondo, Caloocan, Malabon and Navotas and still hoping to open more outlets through company and franchise opportunities.
