The Grand Mall location, Lapu Lapu, is the worst for food and service. I will never eat at Moon Cafe as long as the Hall’s hold a franchise to Moon Cafe. This was the worst meal, and yes I doeat at Bunny Pages franchise locations for Moon Cafe, but never more. This experience will keep me away from all Moon Cafe Locatione. Hope this one goes broke because of the Hall,s
attitude and to bad for the other owners, they are the real loosers. But someone needs to take a stand.
