How much do I have to invest?

An initial franchise fee will be charged upon your signing of the Franchise Agreement. We categorized the amount of the franchise fee based on the area where you will be operating:

• Category A – Php 400,000
• Category B – Php 300,000
• Category C – Php 200,000

You will need to invest in an impressive office area provided with computers, meeting room and other furnishings. The size should be at least 50 sqm tor Category A franchises, at least 35 sqm for Category B franchises, and at least 24 sqm for Category C franchises.

We will provide you with extensive trainings to help you in dealing with clients, organizing a strong sales force, getting good listings, and utilizing the PhilRealty Global Marketing system for your dealings in the real estate business.

The franchise fee covers all the following:

• Trade name and proprietary marks
• Site approval
• Construction supervision
• Trainings for Franchisee, sales consultants, branch managers, and office staff
• Procurement program
• Marketing assistance
• Pre, Grand and Post Opening assistance
• Operations manual
• Research & Development
• Use of the website (global presence for all property listings in your area)

Initial Term: 5 years, renewal 5 years
Royalty: 10% of gross commission
Advertising Fund: 1% of gross commission
