   The franchise process is only simple:
   You need to sign the Franchise Application Form; Settle a Reservation Fee of ony PhP 5,000 (deductable to your chosen package and refundable less feasibility and location-hunt charge if you need to cancel).
   Once you made reservation, our real estate team will look for a location of your chosen area, and will give you at least 2 to 3 sites for your approval. If the location is approved by you and the company president, we will have a contract signing of the Franchise Agreement, settlement of the Investment Fee (Franchise Fee), and we will conduct a Franchise Orientation for you where ordering and operational process are discussed.
   If you already settled with your lessor and we could start the contruction, payment of the contruction is needed. This could be paid in terms of 50% to 80% downpayment. and balance should be paid in full upon completion of the site.
   3 days before your Opening Day, you should settle the Equipments and Start-up Food Products.

   We do NOT have a Royalty Fee that asks for a certain percentage of your gross sales. We have a Monthly Development Fee of PhP 2,500 for nationwide advertisements, and continuous food research and developments.
