It was 1945, when Salido was first established at Ongpin, Manila. It was known by people living nearby that they cater the best quality asado. Generation after generation, the restaurant survived. From then on, the name of the business had been changed. From Lido Restaurant to New Lido Restaurant up to it current business name Salido Restaurant.
Salido Restaurant is a family own business. In upholding from what have been started by their ancestor it paved the way in opening and establishing another branch located at San Juan, Manila.
Salido Restaurant offers a variety of menu. The restaurant serves breakfast, sandwiches, dimsums, pandesal with choices of filling, congee, roasted dishes, soup, and mami. They also serve pork, beef, chicken, seafood, and even vegetable dishes. They also offer its customers choices of rice toppings.
