Franchise Details
- Franchise fee is PhP 250,000.00 non-refundable, which includes the basic designed booth, freezer, steamer, beverage dispenser, advertising signs and signage, two (2) sets of uniforms, free delivery 3x a week, and other provisions to conduct the business. (Note: The fee is for the basic designed booth only, other requirements that may arise concerning booth design will be charged to the franchisee at cost).
- Franchise period covers three (3) years from the signing of the franchise agreement.
- Extension of franchise commence after the three (3) year franchise period with the consent of both parties — the franchisor and the franchisee
- Extension fee is PhP 50,000.00 Fifty Thousand Pesos per annum.
- Franchise location shall be provided for by the franchisee, he/she must submit to the franchisor his/her proposed location for evaluation and approval.
- A 3 day training period on how to conduct food preparation, conduct in selling, sales reporting, inventory control and maintenance of equipment shall be provided for.

good afternoon. i just read from your website that you are accepting applicants for franchise this january of 2012. where can I submit my letter of intent, is it through snail mail, (which is I am comfortable with) or just here? I live here in abulug, cagayan. I am one of your avid customers in one of your booths in Tuguegarao city.i started my love of siomai foods in my teaching days in UP Los banos, where there is one stall there selling a delicious siomai just like yours now. i am planning to put up my foodcart here in our place which is undoubtedly one of the busiest commercial area outside tuguegarao because of its location( labasan ng 5towns of lower apayao including other adjacent towns of Cagayan situated along the maharlika hi way). hoping for your positive reply. thanks and god bless.

Good PM., I am very interested for the franchise of your siomai-house, I am from Morong, Rizal & currently there is siomai-house franchise here at Savemore Morong but I’m planning to put up to our near by town w/c is Teresa Rizal w/c is now currently booming due to new 7-eleven, Jollibee & mercury drug store there that are now just opened just in the heart of the town and with numerous new stall for rent there so please email me if the franchise is open now in 2012.
