Franchise Details
- Franchise fee is PhP 250,000.00 non-refundable, which includes the basic designed booth, freezer, steamer, beverage dispenser, advertising signs and signage, two (2) sets of uniforms, free delivery 3x a week, and other provisions to conduct the business. (Note: The fee is for the basic designed booth only, other requirements that may arise concerning booth design will be charged to the franchisee at cost).
- Franchise period covers three (3) years from the signing of the franchise agreement.
- Extension of franchise commence after the three (3) year franchise period with the consent of both parties — the franchisor and the franchisee
- Extension fee is PhP 50,000.00 Fifty Thousand Pesos per annum.
- Franchise location shall be provided for by the franchisee, he/she must submit to the franchisor his/her proposed location for evaluation and approval.
- A 3 day training period on how to conduct food preparation, conduct in selling, sales reporting, inventory control and maintenance of equipment shall be provided for.

Hi and good day! I’m one of your loyal customer, kahit saang mall ako mapunta, usually naghahanap ako ng branch nyo para makabili ng siomai, kasi masarap talaga siya. Sad to say sa tagal tagal ko ng bumibili, wala pa akong na encounter na kasing bastos ng nasa branch nyo sa GMA-Kamuning MRT branch. It all happens awhile ago (March 15, 2013, around 12:45pm. )
Pauwi na ako galing work ng madaanan ko ang branch nyo sa bungad ng 2nd floor sa GMA-Kamuning. I ask your staff na kung pwedeng bumili na palamig, that time nagkataon na siya ay kumakain with her baon, sad to say hindi nya ata ako naririnig kahit na nakikita nya ako. Inulit ko ang sinabi ko I said pabili po ng isang gulaman at samahan nyo na ng take out na isang order ng siomai, doon lang sya napatingin sa akin, pero sa pag aakala kong aasikasuhin nya na ako, hindi pa pala, itinuloy nya ang pagkain nya, after 3 spoons siguro or more than, uminom sya n para bang ealang customer na naghihintay sa kaniya, saka lang sya tumayo ng pilit ng muli kong inulit ang bibilhin ko, halatang nagalit, n parang naistorbo sa kinakain, nung akmang kukuha na siya ng take out ko na siomai at gulaman, nakita nya ang hawak kong P100 na bill, sabay sabing wala ho akong barya na pabalang sabay upo ulit sa kinakainan niya.
Medyo napikon ako kasi matapos niya akong paghintayin ay ganun ganun na lamang nya ako tatalikuran, kinausap ko sya sabi ko miss, P100 lang ang pera ko at sa ganitong oras wala ka pa po bang panukli, agad nya akong sinagot na Wala, sabay kain ulit sa dala niyang pagkain. Sabi ko ano bang number ng office nyo at hindi ata maganda ang pagtrato mo sa customer, “sagot nya sa akin, “Hindi ko alam, kasi Franchise ito. Ok?” Sabi ko nagtratrabaho ka sa kumpanya na ito kako hindi mo alam ang number? “Eh sa hindi ko alam anong magagawa mo? Kung gusto mo tawagan mo yan,sabay turo sa taas ng signange na wala naman kung tutuusin numero.” So napahiya ako sa isang customer, sabi ko kunin ko n alang name mo kako, kasi hindi tama yung ganyang asal mo sa mga kliyente mo. Sinagot nya ako, ayoko bat ko ibibigay sa iyo, sabay irap. Bakit ko ibibigay sa iyo. So medyo nahihiya na ako sa pambabastos nya sa akin lalo oat daanan ng mga pasahero ng mrt ang puwesto, bumaba n lang ako ng may dalang galit sa dibdib. Sana mabigyan ng leksyon ang mga ganitong klasebg tao, kasi kahit na anong sarap at ganda ng produkto kung ang humaharap ay bastos at di marunong makisalamuha sa tao ay bale wala at kumpanya ang nasisira, di ko nakuha ang name.nung girl na maliit, basta sa araw ng March 15, 2013, around 12:45pm nangyari yun. Kakain pa naman siguro ako ng products nyo pero hinding hindi na siguro sa branch na ito.
ask ko po kung ang franchise fee nyo ay cash o merong terms? kung me terms , how?

Merun lang po ako icocomplaint. Yesterday April 1, 2013 around 5:45pm, bumili ako ng siomai at palamig sa branch nyo sa Edsa Central beside MRT shaw station. Nung senerv po yong palamig may nakita yong crew nyo na sinulid sa lood ng gulaman mismo at tinanggal nya yong gulaman na may sinulid ng toothpick. While im eating siomai, i ask him kung asan na palamig ko binigay nya yong palamig na nahaluan ng gulamang my sinulid. i was shock, at sbe nya hnd nya ganun din daw yong ibibigay nya dahil ibabalik nya lang din sa container yong palamig na nsa baso na dapat nyang ibibigay sa akin. I ask him your customer care hotline nyo sbe nya wala daw syang number at binigay pa nya ang tablet nya na inabutan kong pinagkakabesehan nya para ipatingnan sa akin ang number ng siomai house na wala daw talaga. How mayabang at bastos di ba? i ask his name, ayaw nya ibigay kung gusto ko daw mg email nalang ako o kaya hanapin ko daw sa google and website nyo! Sori po ha pero sobrang mayabang, bastos, at antipatiko yong crew nyo na un. Maputi sya, malaki ang mata at katamtaman ang katawan. SAna lng po maturuan nyo sya ng mabuting asal. Ni hindi nga sya humingi ng despensa sa nangyari. Kaya hindi ko na naubos yong siomai at umalis nalang ako dahil nanginginig ako sa galit sa inasal nya. Wala syang galang sa babae at customer nya!!
Please lang po, turuan nyo naman ng leksyon ang taong ito. Dahil hindi lang nya kasiraan yun pati na sa inu. Sayang ang sarap ng Produkto nyo kng and serbisyo ng mga staff nyo ay hindi maganda. Kse naging Operation Supervisor po ako at hindi po ganyan ang turo ko sa mga tao ko. Hindi ko lang po alam sa mga crew nyo bakit cla ganyan.

sir/maam, please po pag sabihan niyo po mga nagtitinda ng siomai sa baguio city especially po yung staff sa SM at May 04, 2013. di po niya tinitignan ang perang binabayad sakanya, kumbaga kanina eh nagorder ako ng 2. and then 200 ang pera ko pero ang sabi niya 100 daw binigay ko eh sure naman ako kasi may nakakita rin.
