This email is not about inquiring but to complain about the services of your franchise #27 in banawa, cebu city. I have been a regular customer for more than a year. I was contented with the service until last week when I claimed my clothes and found out they’re still a little damp. I didn’t complain about it because i could just handle the problem. But just this morning, when i went to claim my laundry, it was more damp than ever, and i could smell the dampness which i hate very much. I hope you could do something to prevent this from happening again in the future to the other clients. And also to maintain the quality of your services.
