I understand that investment mainly depends on the location, but how many months/years in average is fro the ROI?

what is that 650,000? akala ko 290,000 lng ang babayran for franchasing name and 200,000 sa meds then the rest is up to us like renovating the place, signages and others???..pls reply i really need ur info regarding to this..

Good day. I and my two friends are planning to franchise the business. I have several clarifications regarding the whole process that I hope you could answer as soon as possible.
1. We already have a proposed area in Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat. It is still a vacant lot. Do we need to build the store first before applying? pls. explain the process.
