Uncle Tom’s was founded in 1988 by a local based couple, Antonio and Vivian Magalona. First situated at Delgado Street beside the old SM Delgado in the heart of the city.
We were once the main concessionaires for the Department of Education Division of Iloilo for g years from 2003 to 2012. We managed and ran the building’s canteen and catered the entire buffet and packed lunches the department needed.
After 26 years of business knowledge. development and hard work, we have what you see today. We now have three (3) branches located at Ledesma Street. Diversion Road, and E. Lopez Street, Jaro Iloilo City currently serving over 2000 customers every week.
Over the years, our menu has evolved from traditional chicken n’ fries or rice to a wider array of dishes to suit today’s new consumers. From our original special crispy fried chicken and steaks, we now have our very own pork back ribs.
Today, we still offer a home-like garden atmosphere and serve quality, sumptuous freshly cooked dishes from chicken, pork, beef, seafood and desserts. We are defined as a family dining restaurant that caters to the community and local businesses. We provide friendly service in a very relaxing ambiance by staff and owners that truly enjoy their jobs. We also offer catering services for all occasions.
