A suitable site for Weegool’s first restaurant was found way back in April 5, 1990 by Ms. Mercy Betia Calo and the late Emmanuel “Weegool” L. Calo. The couple named their restaurant after Mr. Emmanuel’s nickname “Weegool’s” as what his friends fondly called him. The location just within Montilla Blvd., Butuan city is close to a dense population of the target market. An area where people travel to eat out and one that is also frequented by tourist.
Weegool’s offers a menu of food and beverages with a distinctive image and affordable price. Their famous specialty; Chicken !nab and Buko Halo have become a byword in the city. Weegool’s menu also serve refreshing juices and shakes and other delectable foods such as soups, sizzlers, noodles, vegetables, seafoods, desserts, etc. Diners can choose various kinds of these foods and drinks.
Weegool’s expanded its business by putting up branches in different areas; Weegool’s Garden located in City Hall drive, Butuan city and another Weegools Grillhaus in Curato St., Cabadbaran City.
For years, Weegool’s has become the choice of many diners in Butuan city — great food, acces-sible location, beautiful ambience and knowl-edgeable service. At Weegool’s, you’re indeed served with a warm welcome!
As what the Butuanons say; “If you haven’t been to Weegool’s, you haven’t been to Butuan”.
