Bob Marlin is a medium-sized restaurant located in Magsaysay Avenue, Naga City’s food strip. Bob Martin’s emphasis will be on no frills, Pinoy comfort food and grilled specialties. An emphasis on no frills is based on the elegant yet unimposing image we want to project to our target market. In addition, the restaurant shall have a laid-back tropical ambiance complete with a reggae in-store music to complete branding and differentiation.
The menu is going simple, and fresh Filipino comfort and fiesta foods. Whether it’s a grilled or sizzling dish; an iced cold beer or chilled dessert, the food should always be served in its optimum quality. The hot food should warm their hearts, and the cool drinks shall sooth their tense nerves.
The over-all feel of the restaurant is based on beach resort set up complete with tiki bar, tropical landscaping alfresco bamboo trellises, beach umbrellas and of course, reggae music. We will likewise have an air-conditioned dining area for other customers who prefer indoor, non-smoking dining area.
