Mimi’s Lechon Manok or simply Mimi’s as locals call it, was founded in December 8, 2000 in Pagadian City. Specializing in lechon manok, liempo and fish kinilaw. Mimi’s tradition of good taste and food affordability became their armor to stabilize their position in the market.
When peace and order in Pagadian City deteriorates, the company decided to transfer the whole operations in Iligan City. The dominance of Muslim in that area made the company specialize in offering their delectable lechon manok and eventually compliment it with bakery products.
Now, Mimi’s Lechon Manok became the choice of everybody when it comes to the all-time favorite viand of Filipino, the lechon manok.
