It started all just beside the perimeter fence of the Clark Air Base in Angeles City. A venue where live entertainment is at its finest, yet it comes in a very reasonable package. R&B caters the market from Class A to D, mostly young professionals.

R&B Music Venue is best known for featuring the best live bands in the land. A guaranteed night of high-powered entertainment is what this music venue is always proud to offer to all of those who would like to unwind their blues away while listening to the finest rhythms of the most versatile music groups.

    Q: To whom do you award Franchises?
    A: To people with preferable a successful professional track record, not necessarily in the food or music business, with emphasis on people handling skills and management. Franchisee should be motivated to succeed and be outgoing persons with entrepreneurial spirit. It is important that Franchisee accepts the pros and cons of Franchising, those that desire total control are not suitable to be Franchisees.

    Q: Do you require hands-on Management from the Franchisee?
    Not required but preferred. Franchisee must hire professional Management Team, which will be trained by us.

    Q: Will R&B provide the site and construction of the building or outlet?
    A: Each Franchisee is responsible for securing his own location. All potential sites must be submitted to R&B Music Venue Corporate office for approval. Construction or renovation is entirely at the expense of the Franchisee.

    Q: If I lease a space, will you design the store layout?
    A: Franchisee will be furnished with a floor plan, sketch and basic specification for an R&B and architect of Franchisee is responsible for customizing the basic plan to the dimension of the proposed location and approval by R&B Music Venue Corporate office.

    Q: Is the Franchisee required to purchase all his equipment and supply needs from Franchisor?
    A: As an R&B Franchisee, you are required to purchase from specific suppliers as stipulated in our Procurement Program.

    Q: What pre-opening services do you offer?
    A: Prior to and upon opening, R&B representatives will assist you with hiring and training personnel, ordering equipment and inventory, and arranging the Store Opening.

    Q: What about Training?
    A: R&B Music Venue has spent a great deal of time and effort developing its product and system and accepts no compromise in quality or control. For this reason, we require Franchisee, Managers, Music Technicians, Cooks and Service crew to complete our training program and demonstrate mastery of certain skills. The cost of training is included in the Franchise Fee. Allowances, transportation and lodging for Trainees are at the expense of Franchisee.

    Q: Do you have a comprehensive manual for the operation?
    A: Our confidential Operations Manual details the R&B Music Venue system on every aspect of the daily operation.

    Q: How do we find the bands to perform?
    A: R&B Music Venue offers you a Music Management for a small monthly fee which books the bands for you and you can avail of the lower rates in booking music groups that R&B Music Venue enjoys with managers of Bands.

    Q: How do we deal with the bands?
    A: All detail of the music operation is listed in the Operations Manual.
